Notice Board

All important notices concerning the students and various activities are put up on the Notice Board. The students are required to read the notice board every day. They are also required to note that whenever the College arranges official tours, picnics etc., a 'No Objection Certificate' from the parents of students will be taken and teachers will accompany them. A notice to this effect duly signed by the College authorities will also be put up on the Notice Board. In case the students go for hiking/tours/picnics etc. unofficially on their own, the College will not bear responsibility for any mishap and the students will go at their own risk.

Identity Card
Every student is given an Identity Card, which she must bring to the College every day. This card must be produced as and when required. Disciplinary action will be taken on her failure to do so. If Identity Card is lost a duplicate must be obtained on payment of Rs. 10.00.

Attendance
1. Each student is required to attend at least two thirds of the total number of lectures delivered, in each subject in each academic year. The students opting for Sports/NSS will not be given any exemption from prescribed norms of the University attendance rules and will be treated at par with the students opting for N.C.C., and N.S.S.

2. The students who fail to obtain the required percentage of attendance in lectures, will not be allowed to sit for the University Examination. A student, who is detained, due to shortage of attendance for two consecutive years in the same class shall not be re-admitted.

3. Application for leave of absence exceeding three days should be submitted to the College office. The application should be countersigned by the guardians.

4. Leave on medical grounds, should be supported by a medical certificate which must be submitted to the College office within a week of rejoining. Leave sanctioned, however, does not mean that attendance is granted. Students are required to make up the shortage. At the end of the year, if the student falls short of attendance, then the leave application (if submitted in time) may be considered according to University rules.

5. Each student is required to submit the Internal Assessment assignment regularly. The marks of Internal Assessment are sent to the University and are printed in the statement of marks. Each student will be required to appear in House Examinations Class Test in the last three days of the Second Term which will be arranged by each Department.

Change of Subject
Candidates who want to change the subject should submit their application in triplicate to the office and collect it after two days for submission to the Teacher-in-Charge of the subject which the candidate wishes to change as well as to the Teacher-in-Charge of the subject which she now desires to take.
