| MGRM
Net has pioneered introducing an Integrated Online Admissions
Process. In this One Step Application process, you can view
colleges' details, fill the form, submit the form, make enquiries,
and see status / results, all online! |

|
|
| IMPORTANT: |
|
|
|
The receipt of application forms will start on June 3, 2004, the
Thursday and close on June
16, 2004, the Wednesday. Forms received after the closing
date and time will be liable for rejection as per the rules
of University of Delhi.
We advise you to provide authentic details while filling
up the application form. All information provided here will
be verified with actual documents at the time of final acceptance
into the college.

| STEPS
IN THE ADMISSION PROCESS |
|
|
The following information will take you through the individual
steps in the admission process. Through the MGRM Net site, you
can apply to multiple colleges which are online with us. These
colleges have enrolled with us for the services. |

| 1.
Common Information |
|
|
|
|
|
| In the individual colleges application forms,
information like name, address, contact information, marks etc.
are repeatedly captured. Why fill the same information again
and again? MGRM Net provides a unique feature where common information
is captured and then automatically populated when the individual
forms are filled. |
i. |
Click on the Register
In top menu bar. Fill in the details asked for. Remember, the
information you provide here will be the same that will go to
the individual colleges of your choice in the application form.
So, be meticulous. |
ii. |
Communication to you regarding the application
form such as acknowledgements, fee receipts, etc. will be emailed
to you at your email address. If you do not have a valid email
address, click HOTMAIL or YAHOO or go to any other email provider
of your choice and get one for you before filling online. |
iii. |
Once you have filled the information, click "submit".

iv. |
MGRM Net
will validate the username and password of your choice to
see if it not already taken and then issue you the same. If
it is taken, you will need to choose another one. Once the
system accepts your username and password, you will be emailed
the same to the address you have provided. Save the username
and password to
a. Apply to multiple colleges
b. Check status.

| 2.
Apply Online |
|
|
|
|
|
i. |
From My Page, choose college to apply to from drop down menu.
|
ii. |
You will see an application form that displays the information
you have already provided. You can make changes in this information
at this stage, if required. Fill in the rest of the details.
|
iii. |
Some of the fields are available as drop down boxes. Please
select the data as applicable from the drop down boxes. |
iv. |
The fields marked * are mandatory. The system will not accept
the form if the mandatory fields are not filled up. The system
will prompt the fields that are not filled and shall take you
to the first of the fields for you to fill and resubmit. |
v. |
After filling the form and before pressing 'Submit', go through
the details once again to ensure correctness. If you wish to
erase / correct the already entered information, just click
on the data and retype / reselect the correct information. If
all details are to your satisfaction, press the ' Submit ' button
only once. If a mistake is noticed after submission of form,
you will need to reapply. Click Submit |

Application forms will only be available until
the time Admissions are open. The application forms will not
be available once admission closes. |

| 3.
Payment |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| i.

. On clicking submit, you will next be taken to
the payment page. |
ii. |
Here you pay online by credit card |
iii. |
Credit Card Payment
a. Select the credit card that you want to use and click
'Submit'. A secure page is displayed where you can type in the
details of the credit card no., expiration, etc. If you do not
have access to a credit card, you can use your friends or relatives
card for the same; in such a case, you are liable for guaranteeing
the payment.
b. Enter the details. This information you have provided is
secure.
c. Click "Submit" only once.
d. Allow a couple of minutes for the information to be processed.
e. An electronic receipt is generated with a unique registration
number as acknowledgment of receipt of your form. Additionally,
the receipt is also sent to you via email. Print the receipt
and keep it with you as proof of application.
f . This ends the Online Application process to this given college.

To apply to another college, select the next college from "My
Page" |
| |
ii.Repeat
steps 2 and 3 above.. |

| 5.
Online Status / Results |
|
|

i.
Visit http://www.mgrmnet.com/
ii. Enter your username and password provided to you during
the registration process.
iii.You will be provided information about the cut off list
for individual courses in each of the colleges.
