1. How should I apply
online?
a. Click "Register"
in the top menu. This allows you to enter your personalized information.
Once this is done, you will be given a username & password.
b. Type username and password to login into MGRMNet. This brings
you to "My Page" to view various colleges where you
can apply online
c. Select the college you wish to apply to. The application form
filled with your personal information/data will be displayed.
Fill the rest of the details as per your requirement / choice.
d. Make payment online through valid credit card
For Credit Card payment,
a secured page is displayed for typing the Credit Card number
and date of expiry
a. On verification & validation of the Credit Card details,
payment is deducted from your card
b. An electronic receipt is generated with a unique registration
number as acknowledgment of receipt of your form.
2. Do I have to pay for application?
Yes, you have to pay
a nominal fee for applying online.
3. How do I pay?
Payment can be made online through a valid master or visa credit
card.
4. Can I pay by Cheque?
No, you cannot pay
by cheque. But you can pay only through credit card.
5. What is the procedure of making the payment through Credit
Card?
a. This is the simplest way of making the payment. You just need
to have a valid Credit Card issued by any Bank in India bearing
VISA / MASTER logo.
b. Select the payment option 'Credit Card' and click "Submit".
This will take you to secure page.
c. Select the Credit Card which you want to use i.e. VISA or Master
d. Give necessary details like Card number and valid upto and
press 'Pay' only once.
e. This information would go to VISA / Master through the secure
network. It may take few minutes (when the rush on the network
is unduly high), hence do not panic. Do not press 'Pay' button
more than once.
f. On receipt of confirmation of the payment, the online receipt
would be generated, which is the proof of the payment.
6. I do not have a Credit Card?
You can use valid Credit Card of your friend/relative. However,
in this case you need to guarantee the payment to MGRM NET.
7. Can I use my Debit
Card issued from ICICI, HSBC, UTI bank?
No, You can use only
valid Visa or Master Credit Cards.
8 . What are the benefits of applying online?
a. Can apply to multiple colleges through a single interface,
anytime and from anywhere around the globe
b. No need to travel to colleges to submit form, saving time,
effort and money.
c. No exposure to Delhi's scorching heat, dust and pollution.
d. Can track status at any time from a single window
9. Do I have to fill individual form for each course even for
applying to the same college?
No, now you can apply for multiple courses for the same college
on a single form available through the homepage of that college
on MGRM NET website. You also have the unique facility of registering
your details only once on MGRM NET website and then you need not
even re-type them for any form as your registered details would
show up on all your forms automatically. Simply fill in the remaining
details & apply.
10. Do I have to enter personal details every time I fill an application
form for a different college?
No. Once you have filled
the form and registered with MGRM NET, common details in all college
forms (eg. Name, Father's Name, Marks etc.) will appear automatically
at the time of applying in the college of your choice.
11. Can I print the form and send by post / courier?
No. If you choose to fill the online form, you must submit it
online only.
12. Can I download the form and apply by email?
No. If you choose to fill the online form, you must submit it
online only.
13. Can I apply from any Internet / cyber café?
Yes, you can use any Internet café from anywhere, not only
in Delhi but from anywhere in the world.
14. How do I correct a mistake while I am filling the online application
form?
You can use the mouse or tab to clear the information typed earlier.
Please note that you can make changes till you submit the form.
After submission of form, you cannot change the information. So,
please make sure every information is correct before you press
'Submit'.
15. I am unable to log onto the site. What should I do?
a. Ensure you are connected
on the Internet
b. Check whether you have typed the website address correctly
c. If the problem persists, mail us at contact@mgrmnet.com
16. I don't have an email address. What should I do?
E-mail address is essential for applying online because all correspondence
will be sent to you through e-mail only. We advise you to open
an email account in any free email service such as hotmail.com;
Yahoo.com; rediffmail.com; sify.com; mantraonline.com etc. (Please
note that our listing of the above service providers does not
in any way guarantee their service standards)
17. The power went off when I was applying. What should I do?
Should I apply again?
If you have not made
the payment (through the Credit Card), you will have to apply
again.
18. How do I get proof of registration?
Every successful submission of application form generates an electronic
receipt along with a copy of the filled form. You can print this
receipt and the form as a proof of your
submission.
19. How do I know the application status?
The details of selected candidates, as & when provided by
the college, will be made available on the website.
