  Co-Curricular Activities
In order to promote an all round development and growth of personality every student is expected to join one of the following :

1. Sports : The College provides facilities for various games and sports with expert coaches in Judo, Volley-ball, Basket-ball, Table-Tennis, Badminton, Athletics and Kho-Kho.

2. National Service Scheme (N.S.S.) : Candidates can opt for any of the following projects.
(a) Coaching classes for children.
(b) Cleanliness Drive.
(c) Adult Education.
(d) Reading to the visually handicapped persons.
(e) Recreation and Cultural Programmes.
A ten-day camp will be organised during October, December and summer vacations.
A Volunteer will be awarded a certificate of merit provided she completes 120 hours in the various co-curricular activities and has attended one of the three special camps organised by the unit.

3. National Cadet Corps (N.C.C.) : The National Cadet Corps trains cadets in drill, signalling, weapon training, map reading, child-care and mother craft. Training is also given in Civil Defence, Social Service, First Aid and Home Nursing. After joining the N.C.C., cadets can avail of the following facilities.
Annual Training Camps, All India Camps and Republic Day Camps, Trekking and Mountaineering, Skiing, Water Sports, and Water Skiing.
At the end of the three year academic course the student can obtain G Part I and Part II certificates for a bright career.

Extra Curricular Activities
Lakshmibai college encourages students to take part in a variety of activities. For the convenience of the students some time has been especially reserved for Extra Curricular activities. Students are expected to participate enthusiastically in these activities.

Every student is required to be a member of any two of the following Societies :
(a) English Literary and Cultural Society.
(b) Hindi Literary and Debating Society.
(c) Hindi Dramatic Society.
(d) Music and Dance Society.
(e) Fine Arts Society.
(f) Gandhi Study Circle.
(g) Punjabi Literary and Cultural Society.
(h) Sanskrit Literary and Debating Society.
(i) Women's Development Centre.
(j) Western Music Society.
