1. MGRM NET has launched and established an online admission application/registration service for displayed colleges of University of Delhi on this website. The service offered by MGRM NET envisages online submission of preliminary application forms for admission to these colleges.

2. The charges for electronic processing and system handling, prospectus, admission test (if any) and bank service charges will be non-refundable. The charges are payable through credit cards (Master or Visa). The payment validation will be undertaken by the Payment Gateway of Visa and Master cards and MGRM NET will strictly follow the payment advice communicated by them.

3. The submission of application forms is as per the schedule given by the college authorities.

4. The use of this service by filling the application form and paying the requisite charges does not in anyway constitute any guarantee of admission to any of the said colleges/institutions.

5. These colleges/Institutes reserve the exclusive and sole right and discretion of selecting the candidates/applicants as per their own selection criteria and MGRM NET shall not be responsible for any decision taken by the college management in this regard.

6. MGRM NET shall earnestly endeavour to provide the necessary online help as possible to the applicants for filling up the form. However, MGRM NET will not be responsible for any inadvertent loss of data during processing of the form.

7. MGRM NET shall earnestly endeavour to make available on the website, the cut off list as provided by the college. Candidate / candidate's parents / guardian shall themselves make effort to check the results on the web site. However, if the candidate / candidate's parent / guardian does not respond to the information, MGRM NET shall in no way be responsible for that.

8. MGRM NET will not be responsible for informing candidates who are not short-listed by the college.

9. MGRM NET shall not be held responsible for the authenticity of the information filled-in by the Applicants. It is the responsibility of the candidate / candidate's parent / guardian to provide accurate information. Neither MGRM NET nor the College is responsible for any decision taken by the college based on the information supplied by the applicants.

10.MGRM NET shall earnestly endeavour to process the application forms provided by the College authorities after preliminary screening as per their admission guidelines. However, MGRM NET will not be responsible for any inadvertent loss of data during processing of the forms. The concerned shall be responsible for verification and validation of the data entered / processed by MGRM NET.

11. MGRM NET and/or its respective suppliers / partners make no representations about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, and accuracy of the information, products, services and related graphics contained on the MGRM NET web site for any purpose. All such information, software, products, services and related graphics are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. MGRM NET Limited and/or its respective suppliers hereby disclaim all warranties and conditions with regard to this information, software, products, services and related graphics, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

12. MGRM NET reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without any obligation, to make any improvements to, or correct any error or omissions in any portion of the service or the materials. The information, contents, images etc. may be changed, updated, modified and/or improved from time to time without any notice.

Limitation of Liability
14. The applicant clearly and categorically understands and acknowledges that MGRM Net is merely facilitating the admission process on the charge of a fixed fee. However, MGRM Net shall in no manner be responsible for the admission or the admission process. In no event, the liability of MGRM Net shall exceed the amount of service charges taken by MGRM NET for any reason, whatsoever.

Unless otherwise stated, copyright and all intellectual property rights in all material presented on the site (including but not limited to text, audio, video or graphical images), trademarks and logos appearing on this site are the property of MGRM NET.
