5. Original and attested copy of Mark sheet of class XII (or equivalent thereof).
6. Original Character Certificate from the Head of the School last attended.
7. Original and Attested copy of Certificate of Date of Birth (class X certificate).
8. Blood Group must be mentioned in the form.
9. Original and attested copy of migration certificate in case the student is from a Board/University other than Delhi.
10. Original and Attested Copy of Schedule Caste/Schedule Tribes Registration Certificate (if applicable).
